FAQs
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time [HighLevel Specialist, Web Designer, Web Developer, Consultant]?
Great question! The annual cost of a full-time senior-level employee now exceeds $100,000 plus benefits! Then there’s the added time and expense in posting job forums, interviewing, and, of course, taxes. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. Multiply that by two to three different employees.
With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need. Then, only pay a prorated fee based on when you unpause your account so you don’t pay for the time you didn’t use.
What does "one project / multiple tasks at a time" mean?
As an example, let’s say you’re a marketing agency that has multiple clients.
One client requires a HighLevel automations setup, funnel pages, and a consultation if a type of functionality can be created as an automation. That client is your project with multiple tasks.
Our designer will design the landing page. Your consultant will advice on the best solution for the functionality you require. Our HL specialist will build out the automations. Our web developer will build out the landing page.
Once complete, you can move on to your next project.

What if I only have a single project?
No problem. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There’s no need pay for the days you are not on a payment period. You will be prorated based on when you come back.
What is consulting and do I need it?
With consulting, you are connected with a Strategist that will help you navigate your project in the most effective way possible. Your consultant will help create solutions that typically is not found out-of-the-box.
Do you need a consultant? If you know what you want and how you want it, you don’t need a consultant. You simply tell our team what you want and we build it until you are satisfied.
How fast will my project be completed?
It all depends on the amount of tasks your project has. We will diligently work to complete tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Who will be working on my project?
Your consultant is the owner of the company, Carlos Gonzalez, who has been in the industry since 2004. He’s based in California.
Your other specialists are a mixed team from the United States and the Philippines.
How will we be working together?
You will have a private Slack channel where you can invite your team to. Our team will also be in the channel.
If you are on a paid Slack subscription then your private channel will be right in your account making it easy.
If you are not on Slack or not using a paid subscription then we will add you to our Wild West Slack workspace as a guest.
What if I need revisions?
No worries! We keep working on your needs until you’re satisfied.
Is there anything you don't cover?
Absolutely. We don’t cover the following work:
General: We do not work on adult oriented industries (Adult entertainment, Boudoir, OnlyFans models, etc).
Design: We do not design any 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc), document design (medical forms, etc), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc).
HighLevel: We do not integrate 3rd party payment processors (Stripe, Authorize.net, etc), log into your non-HL accounts (i.e. log into your domain registrar to update DNS settings), A2P 10DLC registration (however we will optimize your HL account to have the best opportunity to be verified).
WordPress: We do not develop on sites that are on Visual Composer or WPBakery or build complicated functionality (Crocoblocks, JetEngine, etc). We can still design websites if it is needed within your project.
Other Services: We do not offer Media Buyer (Ads), SEO, Social Media Management, or other similar services. If you have the Pro plan, we do offer consulting and direction on them.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
We are not associated with HighLevel or their affiliates. We offer a white-labeled version and work with our clients within their own HighLevel account.
